Industrial : No Work, No Pay

The enormous growth and expansion of the Industrial sector of the economy has led to the maturation of trade unions and workers’ movements. In the past the principal concern of the unions has been the fight for higher wages. However, more recently the focus has shifted to questions of occupational health hazards, industrial safety and living conditions. This film focuses on these issues in the industrial heartland of India-Bombay.
