 [1] Service charges for screenings upto Dahisar/Mulund/Belapur will include:

  • Additional payment to the media facilitator for screenings held outside office hours, i.e. before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. on working week days and also on Saturdays before 10 a.m. will be 75/-.
  • On Saturdays (which is half day office holiday after 30 p.m.) additional payment to the media facilitator from 1.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. will be Rs. 100/-. If on Saturdays the screening period extends beyond 5.00 p.m. the media facilitator will be granted compensatory leave for the extra hours put in by him by the Director in the following week.
  • On Sundays and bank holidays additional payment to the media facilitator will be 200/-.

[2] Service charges for screenings from Dahisar to Virar/ Mulund to Kasara or Karjat/Belapur to Panvel:

  • Avehi’s service charges shown above in Table A.
  • Conveyance charges including luggage charges (actual) both ways.
  • Outstation Daily Allowance to the media facilitator of 150/- per day on working days.
  • For screenings and journey to and fro on bank holidays and Sundays 200/- to be paid to media facilitator.
  • The period for which the user will be charged will be counted from the time the media facilitator leaves the office and returns to the office.
  • In case of overnight stay in addition to the above payments the user will have to provide for lodging and boarding for the media facilitator.
Payment for Screenings
  • All service charges plus conveyance charges (including luggage charges) both ways have to be given to the media facilitator at the end of the screening at the venue.
  • For screenings with LCD Projector full service charges have to be paid in advance at Avehi office.

 Special care needs to be taken of DVDs and CDs: –

  • The disc to be handled only at the rim and the shining surface should not be touched with fingers.
  • The shining surface has to face downwards while playing the disc.
  • DVDs/CDs are damaged by water, heat and direct sunlight. 

Note: 

  • The borrower shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the material lent to them and will have to replace the item/s or pay the current cost including postal charges.
  • Copying of recorded Videos, DVDs and CDs is strictly prohibited.
